We do not accept returns on orders but we do welcome exchanges up to 2 weeks after purchase, buyer is responsible for shipping package back.
If package is broken upon arrival, you must contact us within three business days, we also require photo proof of damage. If damage isn't reported before 3 days or without photo we will not be able to issue an exchange or store credit.
If package shows as delivered but not received by the buyer, buyer must file a claim with the post office.
